Shipping & Returns — FAQs

Where do you ship?
We ship to street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes or APO addresses.

What does shipping cost?
For standard shipping we charge a flat rate of $4.99 for up to 3 cases (24 pounds) of product, and a flat rate of $14.99 for with 3-7 cases of product (25-56 pounds). For orders with more than 7 cases, shipping costs are calculated by weight and distance from our warehouse in California. Express shipping is also calculated by weight and distance.

How quickly will my order arrive?
We want you to get your products quickly, so we work hard to process orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Once your order ships, expect 5-7 business days for standard shipping, and 3-5 days for express shipping.

Can I check the status of my order, and track it once it ships?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Can I update or cancel an order after it’s been placed?
This one gets tricky, as we like to move fast to get orders out to you right away. If you placed an order and want to change or cancel it on the same day, it’s best to call us at 209-549-5935, or email us at contactus@lindsayolives.com and we’ll do everything we can to help you. If the order already left, it unfortunately can’t be updated or canceled.

What is your return policy?

We take the safety of our products very seriously. For this reason, we don't accept exchanges or returns. If your package was damaged in transit, or if you didn’t receive what you ordered, please email us at contactus@lindsayolives.com or call us at 209-549-5935, and we’ll send you a replacement or offer you an equal credit.

If you believe there is a quality issue with your product, please email us with the product name and lot number (printed next to the expiration date), and we’ll look right into it for you.

Do your products need to be refrigerated?
Our canned olives are good for four years before opening. Our jarred products are good for three years before opening. For best quality, we recommend that you refrigerate your products and use within 10 days of opening. After opening, it’s best to store olives and peppers in their brine, and in a non-metallic, covered container to ensure the highest quality.
